NOVA CYGNI 1975
R. M. Hjellming, National Radio Astronomy Observatory, writes
that emission from the nova has become detectable at 8085 MHz.
Observed flux densities are: Sept. 3.0 UT, < 4 mJy; 24.0, 6 +/- 2; Oct.
1.09, 12; 8.90, 14. At 2695 MHz the flux density was below 4 mJy.
T. E. Margrave, University of Montana, provides further
photoelectric observations, obtained with the 40-cm reflector at the
Blue Mountain Observatory: Sept. 19.314 UT, V = 7.16, B-V = +0.18,
U-B = -0.49; 21.388, 7.29, +0.14, -0.49; 22.280, 7.35, +0.11, -0.47;
23.249, 7.43, +0.13, -0.48; Oct. 2.243, 7.90, +0.12, -0.49. Estimated
errors are +/- 0.02. Comparison stars were HR 8252 and 8001.
