Hale, Las Cruces, NM (0.41-m reflector): Mar. 21.41 UT, 13.8. He notes that the comet appears like a faint star with some diffuseness. H1413+117 P. O. Lindblad and M. Hjelm, Stockholm Observatory, report: "We observed this object in the R band with the 2.5-m Nordic Optical Telescope at La Palma on Feb. 11.3 and 12.3 UT. On both occasions, the brightness ratio of components B and A had a 'normal' value of 0.83, without any indication of increase between the two dates. Thus, according to the observations by E. Giraud (cf. IAUC 5205), component B has increased its brightness by almost a factor two in six days." COMET HELIN-LAWRENCE (1991l) Corrigendum. R. H. McNaught reports that the p.a. for the tail he reported on IAUC 5215 should read 350 deg. 1991 March 22 (5221) Daniel W. E. Green
