     E. F. Helin reports the discovery of a fast-moving asteroidal
object by K. Lawrence and herself on films taken July 16 and 20
with the 0.46-m Palomar Schmidt by Helin, Lawrence, and M. Nassir.
C. S. Shoemaker, E. M. Shoemaker, and D. H. Levy independently
found this object with the same telescope on films taken July 23-25:
